My Loving Grandparents (pictured above) : Leone Alma and William Frederick BUBECK ~ My Great-grandparents were John Paul BUBECK and Rosina Pauline "Polly" BUBECK nee KLOPFER of Versailles, OH. My grandfather Williams's family hails from Germany.

Some of my fondest memories were the family "get-togethers" when my Grandpa WILLIAM and Grandma LEONE played the fiddle, my Aunt JANET played the piano, and my dad, HOWARD, played the guitar. The rest of the BUBECK clan all sang in harmony together! Such great memories!

WILLIAM FREDERICK BUBECK, b: Feb. 17, 1899 in Versailles, OH; d: January, 17, 1972 in Dayton, OH.
LEONE ALMA BUBECK nee DAVISON, b: August 11, 1902 in Lima, OH; d: August 22, 1977 in Dayton, OH.
William and Leone had three girls together: BETTY, LOIS AND JANET BUBECK. Grandma LEONE was previously married to CLAUDE WHITLEY and they had two children together: DOROTHY JANE and ROBERT WHITLEY.
BETTY BUBECK born in Dayton, OH married HOWARD HUGO ROBERSON of Dayton, OH in November of 1946. Howard was born May 05, 1926 in Maitland, WV; died September 30, 1993 in Dayton, OH. They have four children together: PAMELA, WILLIAM, DENISE AND KIMBERLY ROBERSON all of Dayton, OH and are still living.
PAMELA married PAUL R. WELLS of Dayton, OH, in August of 1980 and they had no children together. My loving husband PAUL has three children: SHERI RUTLEDGE, JEFFREY WELLS AND MELISSA COURTIS all born in OHIO. We have 3 grandchildren as well, WHITNEY, TAYLOR & KENNEDY also.
I did not have any children in my first marriage. My special sister DENISE married MARTIN BEIGEL of Vandalia, OH and they have two children NICHOLAS AND MATTHEW BEIGEL.
My other wonderful siblings are WILLIAM AND KIM ROBERSON. I am truly blessed with a terrific family!
Update 03/10/2002:
I just recently discovered my great-grandmother's maiden name: Pauline Rosine BUBECK's maiden name was KLOPFER. It has taken me about 4 years to get to this point and I am SO excited about finally getting this mystery woman's identity solved! I now have a full genealogy chart I am verifying of the KLOPFER family provided to me by a generous fellow genealogist in California who had received the information from Fred KLOPFER one of my cousins...such a small world afterall! I am carefully studying this genealogy chart so that I may determine the relationship of everyone in it!
